Your MissionThe Head of Product Marketing will be in charge of owning and developing the Product Marketing function at Tellent. Leading a core function of the Marketing department, the Head of Product Marketing will lead their team towards empowering the regional commercial & marketing teams to execute revenue growth initiatives in line with the commercial strategy. As the leader of this team, the Head of Product Marketing will be responsible for enabling their team to drive the creation and enablement of comprehensive go-to-markets playbooks and campaigns that effectively promote our products, drive demand, build thought leadership, and ultimately contribute to revenue growth. The Head of Product Marketing will ultimately own the team’s KPIs, output, prioritization and representation.About the teamThe Marketing team at Tellent consists of over 20 professionals, distributed across our primary regions: DACH, France, and the Benelux. Joining this team means surrounding yourself with highly energised and ambitious people, looking to do things differently.Your 12-month journeyDuring the first 3 months:The first 3 months will be about getting in-depth knowledge of our Tellent suite, understanding our internal processes, as well as identify the Product Marketing status quo, in an effort to already start prioritizing needs. You’ll meet with all relevant stakeholders and will take part in a number of strategic discussions with the rest of the Marketing Leadership team.Within 6 months:You’ll be fully empowered to start shaping things the way you see fit. You’ll take full ownership of the the team, as well as the performance of the function, and will be able support your direct reports in their daily tasks. You’ll own your own set of resources, and will have a large array of decision-making power, while receiving the support of the rest of the team including the VP of Marketing.After 1 year:After one year, you’ll be considered as the go-to person when it comes to Product Marketing at Tellent. You’ll fully own the yearly strategy, budget, and will be able to exchange across a large set of stakeholders, to compliment your overall understanding of the direction the business is taking, and how you can support it.
