Acting as a Properties & Real Estate Senior Project Specialist, you will play a pivotal role contributing to key corporate and divisional goals. You will manage and lead projects, drawing on your expertise to provide strategic insights and solutions in real estate. This senior position will see you working independently on complex projects, supporting management with detailed analysis, and ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.What you will be doing:
- Lead and manage real estate related projects and negotiations, ensuring all stages are completed on time and in line with corporate objectives.
- Act as a market and technical expert in the Properties & Real Estate domain, providing in-depth analysis and advice on complex issues.
- Conduct thorough research, gather relevant data, and present insightful reports and studies to senior management, directors, and executive teams.
- Develop and implement process improvements, systems, and best practices that drive efficiency within the real estate space.
- Identify risks, opportunities, and constraints in projects, markets and processes, delivering recommendations that enhance decision-making for the business.
- Lead cross-functional and cross-departmental alignments and projects, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to drive outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with all internal processes, external regulations, and predefined agreements, actively engaging in audits and risk assessments.
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, serving as a liaison between the business, landlords, vendors, and external organizations (developers etc.), where applicable.
- Develop training programs and deliver workshops to peers or internal customers, enhancing the team’s capabilities in the real estate areas.
What you39ll bring to the role:
- A degree or professional qualification in Real Estate, Engineering or Business.
- Excellent command of English and German both written and spoken (main remit Germany, Austria, Switzerland).
- A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in project management or real estate within a corporate environment.
- Proven expertise in property management, real estate development, and/or project management.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills with the ability to lead high-impact projects independently.
- Demonstrated ability to manage landlord/vendor relationships and ensure optimal project outcomes.
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with experience working closely with senior management.
- A proven track record in implementing process improvements and contributing to the strategic goals of a business.
- Experience in managing compliance, ensuring projects and contracts align with corporate policies, external regulations, and industry standards.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, along with an understanding of forecasting and planning within a real estate or property management context.
