Position Summary
At Nestlé, our IT infrastructure environment is growing fast allowing us to modernize and consolidate IT infrastructure, automate workloads, bringing cost efficiency to our business in an On-Premises & Cloud environment. To continue this transformation, we’re seeking an experienced SR Tech Specialist – DC infrastructure with expertise in the Data Center & Cloud technologies under Backup, Linux, Virtualization Storage and Cloud areas. You will provide extensive knowledge of storage, backup, virtualization, cloud maintenance as well as expertise in managing our suppliers to deliver the expect quality to our business.
You will have an immediate impact on the day one working in the largest Food & Beverage company in the world bringing efficiency to our IT operations and an ongoing impact on our overall growth.A Day in the Life of SR Tech Specialist – DC Infrastructure:

• Participates in global planning & design sessions. Works with the customer and Solution Architect or Nestle Markets as needed
• Build and maintain good relationships with external vendors to effectively meet business needs
• Support Project Managers and Solutions Architects in developing Scopes of Work and Project Deployment plans.
• Acts as Regional SME delivering IT Platforms Products and technologies to our Markets
• Build and analyze our RUN IT Operations reports
• Leads analysis of the current technology environment to recommend solutions for improvement.
• Contributes and support the organization adoption of DevOps methodology and Agile project management
• Guarantee Data Center & Cloud infrastructure components follow Nestlé design and security standards.

What will make you successful?

• Strong expertize in managing, supporting our Backup, Storage and Virutalization Product technologies in our OnPremise & Cloud environment
• Backup, Virtualization, Storage and Cloud Certification will be considered a plus
• Good analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills to support business issues
• Deep Vendor, communication, presentation, and documentation skills
• Excellent English communication skills applied with different stakeholders, nationalities, and mediums (face-to-face and remote)
• Experience working on project, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
• Practical experience working in DevOps organizations with applied Agile methodologies (SCRUM/AzureDevOps).
