What will you be doing?
The Account Manager builds solid relationships with and provides support to a selected portfolio of Manufacture clients. The Manager handles all day-to-day servicing, contributes to revenue goals, and increases Circana penetration and value acknowledgment with key client contacts.
Job Responsibilities
Enhance Circana’s connection with Clients, building strategic relationships based on value.
Manage and implement Circana’s strategic approach to the client, creating business insights, and supporting day-to-day needs.
Contribute to team revenue and opportunity pipeline, achieving commercial target on his/her client portfolio.
Partner with cross-functional departments and team members to bring the right solutions to the client.
Create high client satisfaction by managing expectations and providing excellent customer service.
Understand and communicate complex data in an easily digestible format.
Requirements
4+ years’ experience in client service research within market research (consumer, POS, custom, and/or syndicated research).
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Ability to synthesize data and develop meaningful conclusions/insights using data.
Excellent presentation skills and understanding of the selling process.
Proven ability to quickly learn proprietary software/database applications.
Expert in all MS Office products- Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
Strong team player with open and curious mindset
Fluent in English
Knowledge of Unify+ Solution (internal use only)
