- Lead and develop the Italian based IT team. People evaluation and development.
- Support all computers in Italy and rest of IT related assets
- Manage, deployment and maintenance of IT equipment ( Azure resources, PC’s, networks, local software and delivery of services)
- Coordination on Service Desk services for Italy, monitoring service desk activity to ensure actions to resolve are completed within targets.
- Ensure resolution of incidents within SLA
- Main service desk escalation point for the employees in Turley
- Ensure incidents are resolved in a timely and effective manner
- Cooperate closely with other service Teams to ensure high quality support for the business including operational and continous improvements
- Identify local business needs and translate them into business demands when applicable.
- Lead local initiatives/projects when required and coordinate for a smooth delivery of regional or global projects into Italy

Commitment – Interaction – Innovation * Fluent Italian and English speaker is a mustKnowledge & Experience:
- 4 years of experience as a first level service desk IT support with frequent customer contacts.
- Smartphone usage (Android & Apple) for basic end user support
- W11 Client
- Microsoft Office 365- Windows Server 2016 Administration (User and Printing services management)
- End user Hardware support knowledge.
- Basic networking knowledge and troubleshooting.
- Fluent in English and Italian.
