Grunnet nye kontrakter og økt oppdragsmengde trenger vi flere vedlikeholdsteknikere til vårt Cmt/Csg verksted. Verkstedet gjør vedlikehold og service av utstyr som brukes i forbindelse med sementeringsjobber. Stillingen vil i stor grad bestå av klargjøring til service og sertifisering.

Arbeidsoppgaver

Hovedoppgavene vil bestå av:

-Mottak, vedlikehold, klargjøring og funksjonstesting av Commander roterende Cement hoder
-Mottak, vedlikehold, klargjøring og funksjonstesting av Wireless remote systems til Commander hoder
-Mottak og klargjøring av Plug containers, Equalizing swivels, Swages og annet relatert offshore utstyr
-Pakking av utstyr i lastebærer etter Norsok NOG116
 

Kvalifikasjoner

Mekanisk fagbrev (Erfaring fra lignende arbeid kan erstatte fagbrev)
Truck (T1-T4) og traverskran (G4)               
Behersker norsk og engelsk skriftlig og muntlig
Erfaring med torque maskin
Trykktesting kurs
Pakkekurs NOG116
Førerkort klasse B
Erfaring med 5s og prosessforbedring

Due to new contracts and increased workload, we are looking for more Maintenance Technicians for our Cmt/Csg workshop.

This workshop conducts maintenance and service on equipment for Cementing jobs. The position will largely consist of preparation for service and certification.
We are looking for someone who can identify with Halliburton’s values: Safety, Trust, Respect, Integrity and Collaboration. 
Job description
The main tasks will consist of:

-Receiving, maintenance, preparation and functional testing of Commander rotating Cementing heads
-Receiving, maintenance, preparation and functional testing of Wireless remote systems for Commander heads
-Receiving and preparing Plug containers, Equalizing swivels, Swages and other related offshore equipment
-Packing of equipment in cargo carriers according to Norsok NOG116
 
Qualifications

Mechanical certificate. (Experience from similar work can replace professional certificate)
Forklift (T1-T4) driver license and overhead crane (G4)
Fluent in Norwegian and English both written and orally
Experience with torque machine
Pressure testing training
NOG116 Training
Driving license class B
Basic knowledge with 5s and process improvements
 

Personal qualities
The position requires that you champion the Company’s HSE procedures.
You must be in good physical condition as this position can at times be physically demanding.
Able to work independently and manage your own work day.
Have good structure and able to handle a hectic workday.
Candidates should have good communication and collaborative skills.
