If you’re excited about pioneering new initiatives and building strong networks both internally and with external partners, we invite you to join us in External Supply (ES) Transformation & Digitalisation. This is your chance to make a lasting impact—apply now!

The position

As a System Architect, your main responsibility is to define and maintain our digital target architecture for both current and future collaborations with external suppliers and Contract Manufacturing Organisations (CMOs). Further, you will play a key role in establishing a solid data foundation across our newly formed organisation, ES, and enabling digital integration with our external partners.

Your key activities include:

-Defining the digital target architecture for collaboration with external suppliers and CMOs, ensuring smooth integration with internal systems
-Translating business requirements into scalable and robust architectural solutions, identifying gaps and planning mitigation strategies
-Establishing governance frameworks to collaborate effectively across the organisation, ensuring the best solutions and compliance with the digital target architecture
-Supporting the evaluation and selection of external technologies, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives
-Providing technical leadership, mentorship, and best practice guidance to the organisation

In this role, you will act as a trusted business partner to both the organization and external collaborators, driving change across different levels. This includes communicating strategic priorities, managing procedures, leading change management initiatives, and ensuring clear reporting and progress on key activities.

The current office location is Bagsværd; however, the department will be relocating to Taastrup in February 2025.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, we believe you:

-Hold a master’s degree in computer science, IT Software Engineering, engineering, information systems, or a related field
-Demonstrate a strong IT/OT functional background (e.g., MES, WMS, DCS, SCADA, PLC, SQL)
-Possess experience with data harmonisation, publishing complex data to data lakes and data architecture
-Have expertise programming in multiple languages (e.g. SQL or Python)
-Showcase strong communication skills, effectively translating complex technical concepts into clear, understandable terms
-Display fluency in both spoken and written English

On a personal level, you thrive in complex organisational settings, approaching challenges with structure and consistency. Your passion and motivation drive clear communication, fostering collaboration and trust among stakeholders. You are proactive and curious, visionary, and want to take the lead in ensuring we deliver a future proof and solid digital architecture to our stakeholders.
