We pride ourselves on fostering a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability.The RoleDentons is recruiting a Finance Systems Analyst to support the UKIME region for the period of 18 months. The individual will have responsibility for providing technical support, system administration and championing system best practice for the firm’s financial systems. The ideal candidate will bring 4+ years’ experience working in Finance, IT or professional services and demonstrate a strong aptitude for financial terminology, processes and experience offering front line support.Key Responsibilities

  • Daily monitoring and data integrity checks for the suite of financial systems
  • System administration and support for other financial systems including Elite Enterprise, Intapp Time, Chrome River, Flosuite Billing, ARCS 2G and Papercut
  • Handling missing time queries from both Legal Service and Business Service colleagues
  • Administering system access control and configuring system security
  • Support with uploading transaction files
  • Proactively respond to email and telephone queries and requests
  • Support with the development of system and process enhancements and upgrades
  • Support with a variety of testing activity to ensure quality control
  • Effective and timely status reports to line management
  • Assist with process documentation ensuring both compliance and best practice

Desirable:

  • Experience with financial and system related audits
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data manipulation and management
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL (T-SQL) highly advantageous
  • Understanding of databases, servers and system infrastructure beneficial
  • Experience managing or being involved with full life cycle projects beneficial
