We are looking for a talented, motivated, and creative Solutions Analyst to join our team in Barcelona. This is an amazing opportunity to help construct and execute a vision of how Clarivate Content processing systems will function and grow for years to come.As a Solutions Analyst within Life Science & Healthcare at Clarivate, you’ll be working on the requirements, analysis, and design for many transformational changes across our growing company. Clarivate Solution Analysts are responsible for vision/ideation, solution design, requirements gathering, specification elaboration, delivery team support (Development & QA), end-user & L1-support training as well as business implementation strategy/support.About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
- Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience
- 2-4 years of experience as a technical business analyst

What will you be doing in this role?
- Assist stakeholders in the feature prioritisation and development of scope for a quarter or release.
- Assess and evaluate existing solutions to determine their compatibility with new or evolving business needs.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure the proposed solutions are technically feasible and sustainable.
- Analyze and interpret data to provide insights that inform decision-making.
- Create and maintain detailed Agile-oriented artifacts for proposed solutions, including functional and non-functional specifications, system flows, and data models throughout the development lifecycle
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, developers, QA, UX, architecture and delivery managers, to communicate and clarify requirements.
- Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.
- Define acceptance criteria and work with QA teams to ensure that solutions meet the specified requirements and are free of defects.
- Participate in testing processes to validate the functionality and performance of solutions.
- Participate in defect troubleshooting and resolution.
About the Team
- You will be joining LS Content Solution Analyst team within Clarivate in Life Science & Healthcare Segment.
- You will join a team of 7 talented, dynamic and proactive people dedicated to Clarivate LS Editorial users and their data production systems, all reporting into our Manager Solutions Analysis based in Barcelona.
- You will join a team that transform challenges into efficient, comprehensive, reliable, and scalable content production systems.
Hours of WorkThis is a permanent full-time position (40 hours per week), Hybrid going to our Barcelona central office (next to Sagrada Familia) 2-3 times per week.Benefits:
