- Supporting product teams, individuals and the organisation with coaching, facilitation, feedback and advice.
- Come up with creative and inclusive ways to encourage a flexible and engaged mentality in product teams and in the company
- Help product teams experiment to work effectively, collaboratively and find joy and meaning in their work
- Be kind, human and flexible, and listen to people’s needs to help increase team flow
- Plan and facilitate workshops (kick-offs, working agreements, etc.)
- Manage difficult conversations
- Bravely pursue and encourage feedback
- Coach, advise and mentor on ways of working, prioritizing what is needed to solve problems
- Teach people about managing workload, focus, feedback
- Role modeling our leadership playground behaviors by being brave, curious and focused.
Play your part in our team succeedingWe’re a team of 11 coaches that support about 60 product teams in London, Billund, Copenhagen and Shanghai. We work together to coach teams where we can add the most value, often picking a theme per month that guides our collaboration. We’re a caring and collaborative team, and we genuinely enjoy pairing and working together to empower the product teams to do their best.You’d be based in our central Copenhagen office (with the possibility to work from home two days a week).Do you have what it takes?
- The flexibility to adapt your experience to new and evolving environments
- Experience coaching or working in multi-functional product teams delivering digital products.
- A flair for facilitating dialogue, establishing team trust and driving change.
- A strong passion and curiosity for ways of working, and successes and failures to reflect on when considering alternatives
- A record for driving teams and individuals towards high performance through coaching, mentoring, teaching and facilitation
- Awareness and experience of coaching stances
- Experience with various frameworks like Scrum and Kanban, and an ability to argue for and against any of them
- Great at designing and facilitating workshops, also in complex and changing environments
- Experience working across multiple teams and domains, probably for at least 6 years
- We will probably care more about your ability to reason about your choices and your ability to bring us on a journey than which certifications you hold.
