  • Recruit, launch or manage new partners to sell on Glovo.
  • Define and improve strategies to (i) grow Glovo’s category share through new high quality partnerships, (ii) decrease the churn rate of our partners and (iii) revamp existing relations.
  • Set partners up for success, through the right commercial levers.

THE JOURNEY

  • Your role might depend on the team you will join, varying from sales to account management depending on the skills you will demonstrate during the recruitment process.
  • Sales will involve: identify high potential partners, recruit them by designing the best value proposition, and manage your pipeline consequentially.
  • Account management will focus on: drawing and executing plans to make your portfolio of partners grow through promos, marketing activations and selling positioning assets

Across both roles, the focus will be to:

  • Get feedback from our partners and convert it into actionable process improvements and deliver insightful suggestions.
  • Consistently meeting sales goals requires strategic planning, effective execution, ongoing monitoring and adaptability to company’s OKRs
  • Feel confident in handling data to (i) make informed decisions for managing your portfolio, (ii) support your partner at best and (iii) contribute to the company overall strategy.
  • Utilize your strong communication and commercial skills to influence your partners’ and support them in their Glovo journey.
  • Collaborate with various internal depts. such as Operations, Marketing and Customer Service for creating tailored solutions that meet the partners needs.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • Bachelor degree in Economics, Management, Engineering or related degree required
  • Comfortable working in a high growth and high-performance start-up with a fast pace
  • You’re persuasive in the most pleasant possible way and have no trouble selling anything that brings value to customers/partners and the Glovo platform
  • Ability to influence stakeholders to help achieve your goals
  • Advanced computer skills (Excel, Word, Gmail, Powerpoint – SQL is a plus)
  • An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude across the business and the industry
  • Fairness: A reputation for being respectful, kind, and fair, with current and former reports who speak highly of your management and leadership style.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and Italian is required
