You are required to work in the office approximately two days per week, and the rest of the week is remote.

THE ROLE:

– Provide excellent customer service by managing member and potential member enquiries via phone, email and in person.
– Manage all membership applications.
– Update membership records.
– Process payments.

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

– Recent administration experience
– Stable career history, no job-hoppers
– Strong communication skills
– Competent in Outlook (email), Excel and Word

SALARY & BENEFITS:

– £24,787 per annum
