SEO SpecialistWe are currently seeking a dynamic and strongly motivated young professional who is passionate about digital marketing to join our Marketing team in Milan as SEO Specialist.The SEO Specialist will execute the SEO activities and projects for our brand partners, becoming the reference point for the SEO channel within TLG.Our ideal candidate has an analytical mindset and a passion for digital marketing and new technologies.Responsibilities:Support in managing and implementing the SEO roadmaps from start to finish, including analysis, on-site technical optimizations, content creation, and link buildingMonitor the performance of our websites using different tools and suggest opportunities for improvementsAnalyze and monitor organic search engine traffic, identifying trends and areas for growthCreate reports and share insights with internal and external stakeholdersForecast SEO results and future performanceEngage and work closely with other teams within TLG (Content, Store Management, Developers) in order to execute the SEO roadmapsKeep up with the latest SEO trends, developments, and best practicesSkills & Requirements:At least 2 years of experience working on SEO, previous experience on e-commerce SEO is a plusKnowledge of SEO fundamentals (crawling, indexing, ranking, ranking factors, structured data, how a SERP is composed etc..)Experience in working with most important tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, SemRush, OnCrawl or similar)Having already performed the essential SEO tasks such as analyzing and selecting keywords, technical audits, content evaluation, and reporting etc..Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPointStrong numerical and analytical skills and knowledge of most important e-commerce KPIs (sessions, transactions, revenues, AOV, CR etc…)Excellent communication skills (written and oral), with the ability to explain trends and results to a variety of stakeholders in a clear and concise wayAbility to thrive in a challenging, fast paced and dynamic working environmentExceptional attention to detailAbility to work independently as well as cross-functionally and in teamsFluency in English requiredConsidered as a plus:Knowledge of another languageAlready had the chance to work with main e-commerce platform (Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Shopify, Magento)Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, CSSFamiliarity with Looker Studio, Power BI or similarFamiliarity with Project Management Tools such as Jira, Trello, Notion or similarWhat we offer:Competitive compensation package (compared to your professional background)Benefits: monthly lunch tickets, company laptop, discounts to our owned brands and brand partners, and additional perks in the form of local discounts and offersLearning & Development Programs: continuous learning experience with TLG University and The Breakfast Club projectsBe part of the young (30 on avg.) and international (+30 nationalities) #TLGpeople group and work in a dynamic and fast-moving environmentContinuous training and training events attendance (both local or foreign)We hire for potential, and we reward based on impact.
