Job overview and responsibilities

The IT eBusiness Functional Analyst will support Syensqo eBusiness platforms.

At Syensqo, we’re looking for talented individuals to join our dynamic IT eBusiness Team. Syensqo is investing in its advanced e-commerce & e-business capabilities, optimizing our digital marketing strategies, to drive growth, increase efficiency, and above all better meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Areas of responsibility include: eCommerce platform based on SAP Fiori, Purchase Order Automation based on Esker OCR, EDI Connections with customers based on Elemica & Ariba Technology, Invoice Archiving & einvoice Signature applications.

This role will be involved in managing and implementation of new eBusiness Sales and Marketing business processes and functionality. You will also be the IT point of contact with Business Units and Customers for eBusiness projects.

Business Process Knowledge:

• In-depth understanding of the end-to-end Sales Order processes, including order management, pricing, billing, and customer & sales master data.

• Identification and implementation of continuous improvement opportunities. Promotion of automation opportunities.

Problem-Solving Skills:

• Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues within the eBusiness platforms

• Ability to identify and implement process improvements.

Continuous improvement

• Collaborate with business units & customer service teams to continuously improve our IT processes.

• Experience in managing or participating in eBusiness & SAP implementation and upgrade projects.

• Problem solving with minimum customizations.

• Follow SYENSQO standard procedures relating to IT change management.

• Ensures appropriate documentation for all activities pertaining to Sales IT Process

Technical Expertise

• Experience in running eCommerce platforms (maintenance, improvement)

• Experience in rolling out EDI projects with our customers

• Experience with integration points between SAP and interfaces such as Webmethods, Elemica, and Esker, Salesforce CRM

• Ability to configure and customize SAP OTC processes related to eBusiness to meet business requirements.

• Experience in Purchase Order Optical Character Recognition Platform such as Esker

• Experience in EDI applications such as Elemica & Ariba Technology

• Experience in Invoice Archiving & einvoice Signature applications.

• Knowledge of SAP SD Fiori & SAP Hybris applications an advantage

Education and experience

• Experience SAP ECC & Broad understanding of S/4 HANA Sales and Distribution functionality

• Experience in managing projects, including planning, execution, testing and delivery.

• Ability to develop, complete, and document testing plans.

Skills and behavioral competencies

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.

• Ability to work on more than one effort at a time.
