Location: London (Hybrid)
Duration: 12 Months Contract initiallyDescription:

- The Enterprise Marketing Manager will be responsible for innovative and impactful marketing to our largest education customers and prospects across the UK.
- This role will be responsible for leading the development, implementation, execution, and measurement of marketing programs in collaboration with the Global Education Marketing team, the Enterprise Education Sales team, and corporate Business Unit partners, helping to transform client’s position in education and establish us as a leader in driving the development of digital literacy skills in the next generation.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales on account plans, marketing strategy, and customer programs for mutually identified Top Accounts. Identify marketing opportunities to intentionally support and drive the business with marketing programs.
- Carefully plan high-touch, KPI-driven, marketing plans with clear growth, leadership engagement, and pipeline influence objectives that are devised around the customer buying journey. Surround existing and prospective high-value accounts with high-touch marketing to drive business opportunities.
- Team with Global Education Marketing teams to align on cross-segment initiatives and programs that can be leveraged to nurture opportunities in Top Accounts.
- Own execution of your plans including planning, logistics, event management, budget management, lead management and distribution, and follow-up strategies.
- Define and implement marketing strategies to help drive active use of client’s products across existing Top Accounts, setting key KPIs to measure success in alignment with sales and customer success teams.
- Help support key client’s education partners by defining the audience they serve, the partner needs, and finding cost-effective ways to support their marketing efforts to help build the client’s brand.
- Visually and orally communicate strategies and results to a wide-range of stakeholders on a quarterly basis and share learnings with peers across the organisation.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years B2B marketing with proven account-based or enterprise marketing knowledge and skills.
- Knowledge using Salesforce and other tools that help drive marketing/sales collaboration.
- Strong organisational and project management skills, including the ability to confidently manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in managing executive-level events and meetings with superior attention to detail.
- Proactive and capable of driving your own plans with the ability to move quickly and efficiently to achieve strong results.
- Outstanding communication skills – both orally and visually – to prepare and present presentations around your plans and results and be in customer-facing situations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- You excel at building relationships and gaining buy-in for your plans and initiatives across a mix of stakeholders.
- You have experience helping a sales team build relationships at the highest levels of an end customer’s organisation.
- You are an exceptional communicator, understanding what information needs to be delivered when and how depending on the nature of the internal audience, and know how to deliver that information in visually compelling ways.
- You enjoy being part of an extended virtual team with a variety of different stakeholders and balancing their different short- and long-term priorities.
- You have experience marketing and/or selling into the Higher Education sector in the UK.
