Your main responsibilities are:Working with Business engineers, identify opportunity, analyze cause and develop & implement solutions to improve reuse cost, cycle time and CO2 emission.Define and apply change management action so that the improvement solutions are accepted and become part of run the business activity.Interface with multiple stakeholders in multiple countries (CS, D&E, Planning & Delivery, Strategic Sourcing & Procurement and field offices) to create X sectors corporation for E2E process improvement.Education and experienceEducation
Bachelor or Master’s degree in a technical disciplineExperienceAt least 5 years experience in a technical role5 years Project leading experienceExperience with ASML’s EUV technology is preferredExperience of working with ASML suppliers is preferredSkillsWorking at the cutting edge of tech, you’ll always have new challenges and new problems to solve – and working together is the only way to do that.
