ANNAX lie­fert die tech­ni­schen Ge­samt­lö­sun­gen, um In­for­ma­tio­nen zu ge­ne­rie­ren, zu über­mit­teln und an­zu­zei­gen.

Zu un­se­ren Sys­tem­lö­sun­gen im Be­reich der Schie­nen­in­dus­trie ge­hört die ANNAX Fahr­gast­in­for­ma­tion mit vie­len be­reits in­te­grier­ten Sub­sys­te­men, wie zum Bei­spiel Sitz­platz­re­ser­vie­rung, Fahr­gast­zäh­lung, Videoüberwachung, Blin­den­- und Gehörlosenin­for­ma­tion, Infotainment-/Entertainmentsystem und wei­te­re. Zu un­se­ren Kun­den zäh­len die gro­ßen OEMs der Schie­nen­in­dus­trie, wie z.B. SIEMENS, Bombardier, Alstom und Stadler.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort an unserem Standort München-Brunnthal einen Abteilungsleiter – Device Software Engineering (m/f/d)

Als AbteilungsleiterDevice Software Engineering am Standort München sind Sie für die Softwareentwicklung der Geräte unserer komplexen Fahrgastinformationssystemen (u.a. für Hochgeschwindigkeitszüge, Trambahnen, U-Bahnen, etc.) verantwortlich. Sie betreuen die Stabilität und Weiterentwicklung der Betriebssysteme, der Geräte-Middleware und den Geräte-Applikationen.

Konkret gehört folgendes zu Ihrem zukünftigen Aufgabengebiet:

Ihre Rolle:

• Disziplinarische und fachliche Führung der Device Software Entwicklungsabteilung

• Sicherstellung der Prozesskonformität mit den entsprechenden fachlichen und methodischen Entwicklungsvorgaben

• Strategische Weiterentwicklung des Bereichs Device Software Entwicklung mit all seinen Geräten – vor allem im Bereich Audio (Notrufsprechstellen, Fahrgastbeschallung, etc.) und Displays (Advertising, Fahrgastinformation, Sitzplatzreservierung, etc.)

• Leitung notwendiger Veränderungsprojekte in den Fachgebieten Architektur, Technologie und Standardisierung

• Sicherstellung der operativen Performance der Softwareprodukte aller Produktlinien über den gesamten Lebenszyklus

• Unterstützung und Mitwirkung an der Gesamtstrategie der Abteilung sowie der Produktfolgeplanung

• Sicherstellung der Produktqualität, Termintreue und Wirtschaftlichkeit

• Nachweisbare, fundierte disziplinarische Führungserfahrung

Ihr Profil:

• Hochschulabschluss in Informatik/Elektrotechnik/Physik/Mathematik/etc.

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich der professionellen Softwareentwicklung, idealerweise im Bereich der Embedded Devices mit C++ unter Linux

• Fundierte Erfahrung in Aufbau, Leitung und Weiterentwicklung einer Software-Entwicklungsabteilung sowie der dazugehörigen Projektorganisation

• Sicherstellung standortübergreifender Zusammenarbeit, Prozessentwicklung und Kontrolle der Prozesskonformität in einer globalen Organisation

• Definition und Bearbeitung fachlicher Roadmaps zur Weiterentwicklung der Software

• Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
