We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior Ad Operations Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of daily, weekly, and monthly performance data. Proactively identify issues and trends, and communicate these insights to clients to drive strategic decisions;
  • Oversee and manage media buying efforts for clients’ mobile games on a large scale, ensuring the most effective use of budgets to meet and exceed client expectations;
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance data rigorously. Develop and implement optimization strategies for maximum return on investment, while mentoring junior team members in these practices;
  • Work closely with both internal teams and clients to define, reach, and surpass KPIs and performance targets for campaigns. Act as a senior point of contact for clients, providing strategic insights and fostering strong relationships;
  • Maintain an expert understanding of industry trends, technology advancements, and new platform features. Champion the adoption of best practices across the team to ensure campaigns are as effective as possible.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in programmatic media buying, with a track record of successfully managing large-scale campaigns;
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to interpret complex data and turn insights into actionable strategies;
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and client management skills. Ability to clearly articulate strategies, insights, and recommendations to both clients and team members;
  • Proven ability to mentor junior staff, lead by example, and foster a collaborative team environment;
  • High adaptability in a fast-paced start-up environment. Capacity to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
  • A high level of English proficiency is required for effective communication with international clients and team members.
