We are looking for a an highly driven and team oriented professional to become integral part of our team. Your duties will involve actively nurturing client relationships, strategically driving sales for the products within your team and maintaining and expanding our market presence in the western part of the Netherlands. - Analyzing territory, segmenting targets, account planning
Action planning:
- Monitoring sales results & establish correcting actions
- Tenders & after sales products
- Opportunity Management & pipeline control
- Continuous market & competitor monitoring
Ensuring customer progressions along the ISP:
- Utilize progression model
- Train customers in products
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
- Proactively address customer needs and feedback
- Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional service
- Comply with price policies
- Reporting (CRM & other reporting tools)
Requirements
- +2 years in a similar field sales role or healthcare background (such as nurse, physical therapist etc.)
- Sales experience within the healthcare industry, especially within surgical devices department are considered a plus
- Documented track record in handling technical complex sales projects
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills in both Dutch and English
- Exemplifies unwavering integrity in interactions with both external and internal stakeholders
- Exceptional organizational and planning abilities, adept at managing multiple demands and priorities effectively
- Innately self-motivated with a resolute determination to achieve success
- Committed to personal continuous improvement and development, maintaining a keen focus on growth and enhancement
