The team consists of experienced programmers, engineers, designers, and managers who work daily on developing mobile applications, scalable web portals, legal information systems, and document processing automation. The company is also engaged in the implementation of projects funded by European funds aimed at developing new technologies. We are looking for individuals who want to join our team and work together on innovative projects that have a real impact on the development of the media, law, and administration sectors.Data Scientist / Data Engineer (predictive modelling)location: Warszawa, Białystok, Gdańsk, Kraków, Lublin, Łódź, Poznań, Rzeszów, Wrocław, KatowiceTasks:

• Building and deploying machine learning solutions using Python
• Creating predictive algorithms and models for use in daily business operations
• Building and maintaining data flow architecture
• Verifying data quality and analytical usefulness
• Creating dashboards to visualize data

Position requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar position
• Experience in building predictive models to support business decisions
• Knowledge of statistics
• Data analysis skills
• Ability to transform large amounts of unstructured data into a useful format
• Searching for rules and patterns in data, as well as detecting trends
• Knowledge of data visualization (preferably in MS Power BI and Google Data Studio)
• Python programming language
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
• Experience working with Product Managers and sales teams
• Ease of communication with representatives from different business teams
• Ability to develop data sets and interpret them to prepare recommendations
