Then we might be looking for you.As our Logistics Coordinator / Team Lead Warehouse you will be responsible for the logistics and distribution of our products and other Supply Chain Management (SCM) activities at our manufacturing site. You will work in close collaboration with the manufacturing, warehousing, purchasing, quality assurance, and Global Trade and Incident management departments to guarantee the efficiency of the supply chain processes and performance.Furthermore, you will be part of our motivated and energetic team, where you will be responsible for providing support and oversight to all SCM related activities at the site as well as coordinating local tasks within Denmark by building strong collaborative relationships with internal and external partners, while focusing on providing adequate services and cost efficiency.In this role you will report directly to the Supply Chain Manager.This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional who wants to be part of a truly innovative and revolutionary team!   • Coordinate and monitor daily Inbound and Outbound operations.
  • Collaborate with logistics companies and suppliers to address and resolve any logistics issues, deliver excellent customer service.
  • Lead and manage a team of warehouse personnel in daily operations, identify areas for improvements.
  • Optimise warehouse layout and material flow to minimise bottlenecks and maximize throughput.
  • Be familiar with global guidance and local regulations, capture and mitigate risks in advance to ensure compliance of warehouse and logistics operations.
  • Ensure achievement of SCM related targets and KPI’s

  • Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain education or any other relevant field of education
  • At least 3-5 years of working experience in Logistics and/or Warehouse Operation management, preferably in the Pharmaceutical or Feedstuff industry
  • Proficient using SAP ERP system, excellent knowledge of MS Office preferably Power BI
  • Strong background in operative planning and its execution on manufacturing site level
  • Excellent command of the English language and a Scandinavian language
  • Effective communication skills and attention to details
  • High level of problem-solving capabilities and capacity to identify and execute pragmatic solutions
  • Strong ability to establish priorities and work independently
