Responsible for managing the accounting operations of the companies in compliance with required GAAP standards, including balance sheets, P&L statements, Capex, vendor management, intercompany reconciliations, equity, and debtTasks
- Responsible for managing the accounting operations of the companies in compliance with required GAAP standards, including balance sheets, P&L statements, Capex, vendor management, intercompany reconciliations, equity, and debt
- Oversee financial reporting and tax filings for multiple entities
- Coordinate with external firms for seamless accounting and tax closures
- Manage bank reconciliations and invoice processing for efficient financial operations
- Ensure accurate recording of fixed assets and active participation in monthly closures
- Coordinate vendor onboarding and liaise with financial institutions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Finance or related field
- Experience performing similar duties in the accounting department of a company or in an accounting firm
- Strong knowledge of the Spanish General Accounting Plan
- Knowledge of IFRS is desirable
- Knowledge of Italian is a plus
