We actively work with improving the employee life circle across different locations.In the position as Compensation & Benefits Specialist you will have the opportunity to develop and improve the compensation and benefits related initiatives, we offer across Scandlines. You will be responsible for our annual compensation cycle, be first point of contact for HR colleagues, and people managers with compensation and benefits related questions.This position reports directly to the Head of HR & Corporate Communications.Area of responsiblitiesYour key tasks as a Compensation & Benefits Specialist are to:
- Lead the preparation of the EU pay transparency directive
- Conduct position evaluation and support in salary setting of new positions through benchmarking exercises and leveraging your external network.
- Support deliveries to our Remuneration Committee, including supporting with memos and analysis
- Lead the annual salary review process and variable bonus schemes
- Analyze market trends and conduct benchmarking to ensure the competitiveness of our rewards offerings.
- Design and administer employee reward programs, including salary structures, bonus plans, policies and recognition initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations regarding compensation and benefits.
CompetenciesQualifications:You probably hold an academic degree within the field of Human Resources, Business Administration or similar. Further, you have some years of experience in compensation, benefits, or reward management.Additionally, you have:
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with working in unionized environments and working with senior leadership.
- In-depth knowledge of compensation laws and regulations.
Personal skillsWe are looking for an experienced Compensation & Benefits professional with a strong background in managing reward structures within multinational settings. You excel in leading the annual compensation review cycle and ensuring that variable remuneration programs are calculated and executed with precision.You should have solid experience of working with both unionized employees and senior leadership, and the ability to translate strategies into practical solutions.
