If you want to make a difference in the fintech industry, we would like to know from you: Are you FIS?We are currently looking for an experienced Financial Services Account Associate Senior with German (project for +/- 6 months) to support the Client Services team for our location in Poznan.About the team:The Client Delivery Group – Client Services in Frankfurt is responsible for the customer service of customers from Germany and Austria for one of the largest asset managers globally.About your role:

  • The telephone and written answers from everyday to complex inquiries of our customers and consultants.
  • Responding to our customers’ problems and finding solutions.
  • Compliance with quality standards, possible control function.
  • Verification of customer orders and, if necessary, corresponding post-processing.
  • Escalation of difficult issues and complaint management.
  • Participation in projects to implement the company’s goals and improve certain processes.

What you bring:

  • 1-2 years of experience Work experience in finance
  • Experience in customer service – spoken and written
  • Languages: Fluent German (at least C1) and good communication skills in written and spoken English
  • A high degree of accuracy, quality and service orientation
  • Independent and team-oriented work to achieve set deadlines
  • Good organizational skills and high resilience without losing focus on the customer
