Project Manager to take the full ownership of all our PMS, POS, Concept & Payments projects, manage key client projects and coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.Job Description
- Define the project scope and objectives and ensure that all projects are deliverable on time within the budget
- Allocate project resources by ensuring their availability and manage the project teams to meet the project schedules and timelines
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders and provide high quality customer service in order to maximize potential revenue
- Measure and report internal and external performance to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term projects
Qualifications
- Relevant educational background and a minimum of 5 year’s work experience as a project manager; preferably in the international hotel, travel or hospitality IT software and technology space.
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office and working knowledge of PMS, POS, or Golf&Spa products
- Prioritization expert with ability to multi-task and outstanding organizational skills
- Well-structured, loyal and initiative person with a get-it-done attitude
- Flexibility and adaptability in customer change requests and in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills and experience in Smartsheet, Saviom, Zoho, Jira, or equivalent project management software
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English. Multi-lingual beneficial.
- PMP, Agile or Prince II Certification strongly preferred.
- Ability to travel 25% of the time both domestically and internationally.
