Job DescriptionThe successful Student will be based in our main office at Sint-Stevens-Woluwe (Brussels Area).The position is in the Human Resources (HR) Team, Administration Department.The candidate will mainly report to the Human Resources Coordinator.

  • Location: Sint-Stevens-Woluwe (Brussels Area)
  • Start Date: As of October 2024
  • Availability: 2 days per week or more (Monday to Friday)
  • Duration: Through the academic year

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update the HR administrative data and documents (e.g. Templates, internal Staff CVs, Procedures)
  • Support to the On and off boarding of the Interns and/or Students
  • Prepare Internship Agreement and/or Students Contract
  • Fill and archive hard and electronics copies
  • Support to the recruitment day-by-day operations (i.e. screening Interns and/or Students) and the HR Team.

Skills and Experience

  • Enrolment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in the field close to the Administration (e.g. human resources, business administration, management)
  • Attention to details and organisational skills
  • Strength to cope with schedules and deadlines
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Good knowledge of or experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
  • An experience (Internship or Student Job) in a similar position is an asset.
