We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Bid Co-Ordinator to join our Commercial Bid Management (CBM) team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in developing and submitting high-quality business proposals to win new opportunities for the School.As the Bid Co-Ordinator, you will support the CBM team through every stage of the bid process, working closely with the Executive Education Sales team to produce compelling proposals. You will gather, prepare and manage a variety of materials, including copy, content, graphics and illustrations, to create winning business proposals. This role involves collaborating with internal teams across the School and external contributors to ensure all proposals are aligned with our strategic goals and submitted within tight deadlines.Key responsibilities:
- Assist in producing, coordinating and submitting proposals throughout the project lifecycle, including gathering and preparing information from various sources.
- Develop and maintain a content library with up-to-date materials, such as case studies, biographies, graphics and supporting documentation to optimise the bid production process.
- Respond to enquiries from new and existing clients, manage dedicated email inboxes, and conduct due diligence on prospective clients.
- Track and record new business opportunities through Salesforce, ensuring the system is up-to-date with relevant bid and proposal information.
You will have experience in clerical and administrative tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, with strong attention to detail and the ability to proofread large, complex documents. You should excel at building relationships and managing stakeholders, particularly between sales and bid teams. Strong organisational skills, including document management and the ability to handle multiple tasks with competing deadlines, are essential.You must have the Right to Work within the UK as this position may not amount to enough points under .
