Job Summary The Fabric Care Consumer Insights team is looking for a Junior Consumer Insights Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for helping developing fragrance solutions for global and local clients through consumer data. Supporting in transforming the data into actionable insights to develop winning fragrances.In the role of consumer Junior Associate, you will:
- Be actively involved in several projects, strongly working as a team with the Senior Consumer Insight manager and collaborating with various internal and external partners such as research agencies (external), commercial, creative, marketing and lab teams (internal). Providing support on several tasks including some logistics aspects.
- To collect needed status updates to complete project tasks as per agreed timelines.
- Managing research agencies for qualitative and quantitative projects. Ensuring fieldwork and sample logistics research guidelines are followed according to protocols and methodologies.
- Running statistical analysis using internal capabilities.
- Support the Senior Consumer Insights Manager building reports & providing analyses of consumer tests.
About You:In order to be successful, we are looking for someone with a relevant university degree (think of areas as mathematics, statistics, Human science or Psychology, etc.), with at least 0 to 2 years of work experience as consumer insight/research/ data analyst in companies and/or research agencies. Furthermore, it’s important to be savvy in querying data, producing reports & analysis from statistical software like JMP, SPSS, SARA (or similar). Willing to travel as needed.Advanced English is a must.In addition, you:
- Have experience within marketing /consumer research areas.
- Have the ability to thrive in a rapid paced environment on multiple projects with many stakeholders.
- Have some project management experience to track & manage multiple projects & to ensure project deadlines.
- Experience using qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills; critical and strategic thinking and passionate about understanding consumer’s behavior. Attention to detail in data analysis.
- Have personality traits such as: Proactive, Can-do Mentality, Flexible, Good team player and Entrepreneurial Spirit.
- Good communication skills both verbally and written with an ability to communicate with all levels in the organization (technical, business, executive).
