In this position you will play a pivotal role in transforming all this data into actionable insights.As our Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering data-driven insights and recommendations that can help optimize our strategic priorities and operational excellence. You will work closely with management and various business units to understand their needs and provide them with relevant and reliable reports, dashboards, and analyses. You will also ensure the quality and integrity of our data across source systems, promote a culture of data literacy and instill best practices across the organization. In this position you will get a network across functions, brands, and markets as you get to deep dive into the data and business processes behind our commercial performance across the organization. You will report to the COO.Areas of responsibilities:
- Reports & Dashboards:
- Primary responsible for all non-financial reports that help steer our commercial priorities.
- Joining financial and non-financial reporting where it adds value by creating business insights.
- Complete a unified KPI reporting setup that combines our data sources, preferably in both a PowerBI reporting suite with drill down functionality as well as a slice and dice format accessible via power tools in Excel. We have data sitting in bespoke sales systems, in Salesforce, HR platform, email automation system, marketing platforms as well as survey tools for NPS and similar.
- Reports and dashboards should cater to past performance, present operational efficiency, and forecast of future performance.
- Collaborate with system analysts/product owners to ensure a unified approach to operational reporting, providing consistent insights across stakeholder groups in our organization.
- Analysis & Actionable insights:
- Primary responsible for proactive analysis and subsequent actionable insights to help drive commercial excellence, in close collaboration with both product owners and commercial managers.
- “Daily go to person” for management when they need help with report creation, analysis, and validation of data on ad hoc analysis.
- Data architecture:
- Ensure that data for reporting can be ingested from multiple sources, can be transformed and triangulated to support reports and analyses.
- Bring your input to the conversation on data management to jointly solve Master data management, i.e. identifying the necessary data for each system and specifying which system holds the master data, consult on the most suitable approach to data integration and storage systems, including plans on data maintenance. Work with relevant stakeholders across the organization to set the standards for governance to ensure high data discipline.

- Ability to communicate complex data findings in a clear and concise manner, both visually, verbally and in writing
- Solid understanding of data warehousing, ETL and data modeling concepts and techniques
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Power BI (in a PC driven and Microsoft based company)
- Strong analytical skills, and attention to detail
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for identifying patterns or insights, learning new skills, and understanding the data architecture of different tech platforms
- A collaborative customer-oriented and commercial mindset, a proactive and flexible attitude
- AI curiosity and interest is a plus
- A Bachelor or Masters degree or equivalent in business, economics, statistics, computer science or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis or a similar role
- Fluency in English is required
- You are a team player with an ability to develop and sustain strong relationships with stakeholders across the business
