Une offre de stage intitulée « STAGE 2025 – “Business Management System User Experience Design/ Analyst” (f/m) » vient de s’ouvrir au sein de Airbus Defence and Space sur son site de Toulouse-Palays. Vous rejoindrez l’équipe du Business Management System (BMS) ou système de gestion d’entreprise en charge de définir le cadre et l’architecture, pour toute la société, de l’ensemble des activités et des processus qui permettent de livrer nos clients de manière conforme et efficace.

Votre stage consistera à analyser la configuration actuelle des outils BMS (apparence, entrée, convivialité, simplicité, etc ..) du point de vue de l’utilisateur. L’objectif est de repenser et d’améliorer l’expérience utilisateur pour tous les employés tout en gardant les objectifs du système principal en place.

Ce stage d’une durée de 6 mois commencera en Janvier 2025 (date de démarrage modifiable).

Ce poste nécessite une habilitation de sécurité ou nécessite d’être éligible à une habilitation par les autorités reconnues.

Tâches et responsabilités : 

Votre tuteur/tutrice vous aidera à identifier vos objectifs professionnels et vous accompagnera dans le développement de vos compétences. Vos principales activités seront les suivantes : 

• Analyser l’expérience utilisateur actuelle, enquêter sur les besoins utilisateurs
• Communiquer avec les utilisateurs finaux
• Evaluer et proposer la conception visuelle (ergonomie), la conception d’interaction et l’organisation de l’information des outils BMS par le biais de croquis, d'idéation
• Maitrise des outils de gestion de contenu et leurs contraintes (ex : ARIS formats : BPMN et EPC, Doxis, Confluence)
• Interagir avec les responsables produits et les équipes informatiques

Ce stage vous permettra notamment de développer les compétences suivantes : 

• Travailler au sein d‘équipe transnationale
• Travailler avec différents interlocuteurs (informatique, qualité, supply chain, finance, etc..)
• Monter en compétences sur les outils et contenu du BMS
• Gestion de contenu
• Communiquer avec différentes audiences

Votre carte d’embarquement : 

Vous préparez actuellement un diplôme de niveau Bac 4 ou 5 (ou équivalent) type école d’ingénieur (ou équivalent universitaire) en web design ou informatique. Vous possédez les compétences suivantes : 

• Connaissance sur les prototypages, maquette d’interface, ergonomie
• Compétence informatique pour comprendre les contraintes des développements technique
• Architecture de l’information
• Process management
• Expérience dans un environnement multiculturel
• Gestion de la communication et du changement
• Force de proposition
• Autonomie

Compétences linguistiques attendues : 

o Anglais : avancé ou courant

o Français : avancé ou courant

Are you looking for an internship or f“Business Management System User Experience Design/ Analyst” (f/m) » at Airbus Defence and Space in Toulouse-Palays. You will join the Team of the Business Management System (BMS) in charge of managing the core backbone of our company, describing how our activities are performed to ensure deliveries to customers in an efficient and compliant manner. Your internship will consist of analysing and improving the current setup of the BMS tools (appearance, entry, usability, simplicity etc.) from a User´s Point of view. The goal is to challenge a reshape of the user experience for all employees, with a user centric approach and focused on the particular needs of employees while keeping the main system in place.

This is a 6-month internship and it should start in January 2025 (start date subject to flexibility). This position requires a security clearance or requires to be eligible for clearance by recognized authorities. 

Main tasks and activities: 

Your tutor will support you identify your professional objectives and develop your skills. You will contribute to the following activities: 

• Analyse the current User Experience and investigate user needs
• Communicate with end users
• Evaluate and propose the visual design (ergonomics), the interaction design and the organisation of BMS information tools through sketches, ideation, mock-u
• Manage the content management BMS tools and their constraints (e.g. ARIS – format : BPMN and EPC, DOXIS, Confluence)
• Assess design concepts for a “state of the art” BMS
• Interact with Products service owners and IT teams

This internship will allow you to develop the following skills: 

• Work within transnational teams
• Work with different stakeholders (IT, Quality, supply chain, finance, etc ..)
• Build skills on BMS tools and content
• Content management
• Communicate and network with different audience

Your Boarding Pass: 

You are preparing a diploma level Bac+4/5 (or equivalent) in Engineering, or Web Design, or Business Economics or similar and you will develop the following competences: 

• Knowledge of prototyping, interface mock-up, ergonomics
• IT skills to understand the constraints of technical developments
• Information architecture
• Process Management
• Experience in a multicultural environment
• Communication and change management
• Autonomy & Entrepreneurial mindset

Language skills: 

o French : advanced

o English : advanced
