Temporary Cleaner
St Bartholomew’s Court, 2 Kiln Drive, Playden, Rye, TN31 7SQ
£12.01 per hour
30 hours per week
3-month secondment opportunity available upon current line management approval
Sanctuary Supported Living is delighted to be recruiting for a temporary Bank Cleaner at our Retirement Communities Service at St Bartholomews Court, Rye.

The role of Bank Cleaner will include:

-Undertaking general duties as assigned, such as maintaining the cleanliness of all communal areas, offices, and the kitchen
-Ensuring all cleaning duties are completed to a high standard
-Identifying and reporting potential faults and hazards on site, to maintain a safe environment
-Maintaining stock levels, restocking as required and ensuring equipment is used in line with guidance notes
-Helping to prepare meals and drinks, following food hygiene standards, and ensuring the needs of our customers are met
-Ensuring customers’ privacy and dignity are maintained and respected
Skills and experiences:

-Working knowledge and experience of undertaking general cleaning duties is desirable
-Some experience of working in a domestic/catering environment
-Level 2 diploma in housekeeping/catering, or willing to work towards
-Good interpersonal and customer service skills
-A general understanding of health and safety in the work place
