We looking for a dedicated Head of Finance and Administration to join us in achieving our mission.As the Head of Finance and Administration, you will be a key leader within ASICS Technology, directly partnering with executive leadership to enhance operational efficiency and drive growth. This strategic role is pivotal in managing our financial landscape and administrative functions.How you will help us:Based in our Hoofddorp office, as part of the role you will:Oversee financial management, including monitoring budgets, optimizing cost efficiency, and delivering comprehensive reports to inform decision-making.Identify and implement process improvements, particularly in budget management and procurement, to enhance operational efficiency and automate departmental functions.Develop and implement administrative strategies that align with ASICS Technology’s overall goals, ensuring effective control and compliance.Lead and mentor administrative, financial, and procurement teams across ASICS Technology, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, particularly in financial and procurement practices; identifying and mitigating any potential risks to the business.What we are looking for:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or related field; MBA preferred.Minimum of 10 years of experience in an administrative leadership role within the IT sector, with proven expertise in financial and procurement management.Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making, particularly in budget control and financial performance analysis.Strategic level thinking, and the ability to manage complex projects and multiple priorities.Demonstrated experience in leading and coaching administrative teams (multi-discipline)Proficiency in SAP financial software and other relevant financial and procurement management tools.Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making, particularly in budget control and financial performance analysis.Experience working in a multinational environment or collaborating with international headquarters is a plus.IFRS knowledgeLocal (Dutch) GAAP knowledgeYour benefits:Grow with us!
