We are looking for a people-oriented Change Manager to join our enthusiastic and experienced team at Danske Bank in Copenhagen. We are a group of 20 people incl. change managers, business analysts, and project managers. Our responsibility is to ensure that our 1500 advisors servicing our retail customers in Denmark are motivated and capable of adopting new tools, products, business processes etc. Our goal is to transform and improve the bank – making it the Danish retail customers preferred bank.In daily life, this means a portfolio of tasks consisting of assessing the change impact, help identifying and onboarding the right sponsors, identifying the need for training and facilitate the development of training material, building core stories and communication plans.We work closely with projects and a wide range of stakeholders across the bank. We put an effort to help projects setting the right targets and review performance post-implementation to ensure that the changes are sustained and anchored over time.Your team
You will be part of the team “Projects & Implementation” and be working together with project-, BAs and change managers who all value professional discussions to optimise ways of working and drive progress.   • Hold a relevant master’s degree or similar (e.g. HD).
  • Have experience in the role as Organisational Change Manager or experience from the business as an advisor or the like.
  • Like to collaborate with people and navigating a network of many stakeholders, building relations.
  • Have great communication skills both verbal and written in Danish and English.
  • Have good planning and presentation skills.
  • Have great interpersonal abilities and efficient critical thinking skills.
  • Be naturally curious and able to challenge the current state in a value adding manner.
