Your missionThe Sales and Engagement Specialist is a critical role in our organization, responsible for driving sales growth and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Reporting to the Head of Cyber Resilience, this role combines a proactive approach to generating revenue with a deep commitment to customer relationships, working to identify new opportunities, close deals, and foster long-term partnerships. The ideal candidate will be an action-driven, empathetic communicator and problem-solver.Your ResponsibilitiesPre-Sales and SalesIdentify and pursue opportunities to pitch our products and services to new corporate customers, philanthropic donors and nonprofit organizations.Engage with prospects regularly, providing them with regular updates.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strong and effective media and communication materials.Collaborate with the product development team to create new features to drive renewals and increase sales.Post-salesMaintain strong, positive relationships with new and existing customers to drive engagement and loyalty.Address and resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.Channel customer suggestions and complaints to the relevant teams for action.Product knowledgeProvide customers with comprehensive knowledge and training on our products, ensuring they maximize their benefits.TravelOccasional travel (less than 10%)Additional InformationStarting date: as soon as possibleDuration: indefiniteWorking rate: full-time at 32 hours per week (Mondays to Thursdays)Location: full remote (CET hours/timezone)Equal OpportunityThe CyberPeace Institute is an equal opportunity employer.
