Your new role

You will be responsible for creation and maintenance of VBA automations. You will support your colleagues in preparation of various reports, data analysis and automation of daily tasks through macros and Excel formulas. The role also provides opportunity to get a hands-on experience on ad-hoc data analytics, questions and queries received from the business. Moreover, Intern in Data Analyst team takes part in analytics projects that further leverage the technology in this area. You will also have a chance to learn about the specifics of Project Management and Continuous Improvement.

 

Your future team

As an Data Analysis Intern, you will be a part of Process Transformation and Excellence department in Krakow. Data Analysis team is responsible for business processes automation, data maintenance, analysis and partnering with business to prepare insights, decision-making analysis and day-to-day reporting and improvements.

 

What you bring to the team

-Creating VBA automations and maintaining MS Excel advanced workbooks;

-Developing, enhancing and maintaining existing macros using MS Excel VBA;

-Create macro technical documentation according to macro governance policy;

-Cooperating with stakeholders to define technical requirements and meet business needs;

-Preparations of statistics and ad-hoc reports;

-Strong attention to detail and data quality;

-Proactive thinker;

-Analytical thinking;

-Ready to challange the status quo;
