Sabre Direct Pay allows our clients to pay anyone, anywhere and integrates seamlessly into their current workflows with the goal to change how travel payments is today to the benefit more our customers.Role and Responsibilities.As Compliance Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work and give support to the biggest and more important travel agencies around the world with one of the best payments solutions in the travel industry and make them feel that travel payments are easy, seamless, efficient and beneficial.What will you achieve?You will be part of the Operations team, to ensure the best service to customers, build trust and transparency with customers that will help creating long-lasting relationships with them.Ensure all our customers receive a quality support and help them to be always up and running in a timely mannerSupport SLAs and response time measurements.Request the appropriate documentation to customer, and its follow up, to speed the KYB process in our issuers.Analise monthly KYB results for reporting and provide recommendations.   • At least 2-3 years of relevant experience (in banking industry with in a regulatory compliance role)
  • Payments expertise to understand all the communication with partners and clients.
  • Proficient in English with strong communication and presentation skills to convey messages clearly when interacting with banking partners/colleagues and clients.
  • Organization skills to track information on files and organize large data sets to analyze or present them.
  • Initiative and autonomy to make decisions on a case by case basis with the ability to identify, resolve issues and take actions in a timely manner
  • Creativity to bring ideas and feedback for optimization of all current workflows and processes.
  • Attention to detail with an aptitude for research, collecting data, and reviewing to keep information accurate.
  • Efficient with the most common Microsoft tools (excel, word, PowerPoint, teams, outlook..)
