Join the force behind #Nothing too heavy, Nothing too high.We are looking for a flexible and skilled Riggers to join our team for worldwide projects. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and carrying out the lifting of specialized equipment, as well as assembling and disassembling cranes and other lifting/transporting systems and structures. Your work will be crucial in ensuring safety and compliance with Sarens SHEQ standards.Responsibilities:

• Preparing and carrying out lifting of specialized equipment (European projects).
• Performing assembly and disassembly of cranes and other lifting/transporting systems and structures.
• Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with Sarens SHEQ standards.
• Complete Work Place Inspections (WPI).
• Ensure all activities comply with Sarens standards, policies, and local legislation.
• Conduct daily visual inspections of equipment for safety, needed maintenance work, defects, irregularities, cleanliness, damage, and wear and tear, both during and after work, and complete the required checklists.
• Adhere to hygiene and environmental regulations to meet quality goals.

—PROFILERequirements:

• At least 3 years of proven experience as a rigger with general technical and heavy lifting knowledge.
• Certifications: a certificate for securing critical loads (IS-006) and/or a safety certificate (VCA). Additional certificates (forklift, telehandler, aerial platform) are a plus.
• Flexibility to work on a 6-2 rotation schedule.
• Willingness to travel and work at international job sites (mainly Europe).
• Strong commitment to safety and operational excellence.
• Knowledge of mechanics and hydraulics.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• Excellent communication and situational awareness skills.
• Capability to work at heights exceeding 3 meters
• Strong teamwork skills.
