Are you looking for your next challenge where you can grow and develop your skills?MSX International has the job for you!MSX International is looking for a Market Information Security Administrator to expand our Information Security Management coverage into two new markets (Italy and France). As a Market Information Security Administrator you will play a big role in the continuous improvement process of MSX International.This is the ideal opportunity for a candidate who is at the beginnging of their information security career.Please note that all applications must be in English.The RoleThe Market Information Security Administrator will be responsible for coordinating the implementation and ongoing maintenance of information security compliance practices within assigned MSX markets and working with the Operations and Support Functions to ensure effective alignment of process activities to meet TISAX accreditation requirements.As part of this role, the Market Information Security Administrator will be responsible for:

• Implementation of an Information Security Management System (ISMS) inclusive of necessary key process activities to satisfy TISAX requirements within the assigned markets.
• Management and maintenance of the ISMS in accordance to MSXI ISC Policy and local legislation, including the creation, maintenance and review of associated policies and support documentation.
• Ensuring active and effective collaboration with market leadership as per the designated ISMS responsibilities.
• Promote ISC awareness in the markets, including (but not limited to) ensuring completion of mandatory ISC training modules.
• Support Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA) activities for all eligible projects, assets, and new suppliers in the market in order to promote security risk reduction.
• Preparation for and coordination of, internal and external ISC audits assessment for the assigned markets.

About youThis is an excellent opportunity for an individual who has project management experience and information security knowledge.Our ideal candidate will have:

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Some experience in information security is a MUST
• Project management experience (preferred)
• Knowledge of TISAX or ISO 27001 (preferred)
• Advanced user of Excel
• Experience working with MS Office and Powerpoint
• Knowledge of Italian or French is preferred but not a must
• Willingness to travel
• Adaptable, organized and resilient
