Job Title: Assistant Planner | Town Planner
Location: Stratford-upon-Avon (Hybrid Working)

Role Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders to develop and implement strategic planning policies
* Manage planning applications, appeals, and consultations in line with legislation and best practices
* Conduct site searches, feasibility studies, and impact assessments
* Engage with local communities, businesses, and government agencies to resolve planning-related issues
* Provide expert advice on planning matters to clients and external stakeholders
* Monitor legislative changes and emerging trends in urban planning
What You Need:
* Experience in a Planning role, ideally within local government, consultancy, or the development sector
* Relevant Planning qualification or working towards one
* Membership or working towards membership of the RTPI
* Strong understanding of the planning process and systems
* Excellent writing skills with attention to detail and accuracy
* Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable manner
* Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively
* A team player with enthusiasm, drive, and commitment
