Axens global offer is based on highly trained human resources, modern production facilities and an extended global network for industrial, technical supports & commercial services.Axens combines the friendliness of a company on a human scale and the influence of a multinational environment whose customers are spread over more than 85 countries.Axens is an IFP Group company.Context :Axens Project Operations Business Division (POP) mission is to provide advanced technologies, basic engineering design, modular units design and technical services to its customers.We are looking for an intern for the POP Process Department.In the Process Department we work on basic engineering projects and Modular Units Projects development for our customers but also on new technologies development.In order to improve one of our technologies involved in refining and petrochemical production, we are looking for an intern to work on design improvement and optimization proprietary equipment.Tasks and activities:· Benchmarking of client distributor trays design and operation· Improvement of distributor trays and adsorbers reliability including client field REX· Propose new mechanical design of distributor trays· Feasibility study, Cost evaluation with Manufacturers consultation· Development of new procedures for design and fabrication with help of drafting and equipment department.Profil :Currently in your 2nd or 3rd year of engineer school specialized in Mechanical Engineering you are looking for a six-months internship.You are interested in mechanical design, and ideally know how to use SolidWorks and AutoCad software.
