Coffee Field Service Engineer

Location: Roscommon

Schedule: Full-time, with flexibility required (including 1 in 4 weekends)

Salary: EUR34,000 per annum + Overtime (approx. EUR4,000) + Company Vehicle

Job Description:

Our client is looking for an experienced Coffee Equipment Service Technician to join their team in Roscommon. This role involves servicing and maintaining coffee equipment for a diverse client base, ensuring high-quality repairs and customer satisfaction.

Duties:

* Diagnose and repair coffee equipment, ensuring optimal setup and consistent quality.
* Coordinate with the central call centre to provide timely updates and keep customers informed.
* Follow on-site procedures and safety protocols, conducting necessary risk assessments.
* Complete all job-related documentation accurately before leaving the site.
* Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicle, reporting any issues promptly.
* Manage spare parts inventory using a hand-held device.

Requirements:

* Experience in coffee and vending machines, white goods, or a similar field.
* Strong problem-solving skills with an electrical/mechanical background.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Computer literate with a clean driving license.
* Self-motivated and flexible with work hours and location.
* Full training will be provided.
