  • Management of employee data collected in the context of local public transport
  • Execution of employee registration and deregistration, changes to customer data as well as final clarification of invoice inquiries and payment processing up to the conclusion of the contracts
  • Maintenance of the contracts
  • Preparation of a monthly report fomam juz r the performance team
  • Control of invoices and processing of incoming and outgoing mails
  • Support and cover other team services as required, such as courier services, site inspections, and one-off administrative tasks
  • Handling of incoming complaints
  • Supplier management and communication with the transport company
  • Communication and information to employees

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of German required, but also the ability to communicate in English
  • Experience in customer service, call center or debt collection
  • Office or data entry experience
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • MS skills
  • Outstanding customer service skills with the ability and confidence in communicating to customers at all levels, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail
