This is an exciting opportunity for individuals fluent in Dutch who have a strong interest in social media and digital marketing. In this role, you will lead marketing and sales efforts in the Dutch-speaking market, build strong client relationships, and promote our range of social media services.You will collaborate with our marketing and sales teams to create strategies, identify leads, and close deals, ensuring our clients reach their digital marketing objectives.Primary Responsibilities:

  • Client Outreach: Identify and reach out to potential clients in the Dutch-speaking market, assess their needs, and present tailored social media solutions.
  • Lead Generation: Actively source leads through research, networking, and digital channels, building a qualified sales pipeline.
  • Sales Presentation: Conduct compelling presentations and demonstrations of our social media services to prospective clients, highlighting their benefits.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute campaigns that raise brand awareness and generate leads in Dutch-speaking regions.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales and marketing data, providing regular reports and insights to the management team.
  • Content Development: Assist in creating and localizing marketing content for Dutch-speaking clients, ensuring cultural relevance and consistent messaging.
  • Market Research: Keep up with trends in the industry, competitors, and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with other departments, such as product development and customer support, to ensure a smooth and successful client experience.
  • CRM Maintenance: Accurately record customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates in the CRM system for analysis and reporting.
  • Compliance: Ensure all sales and marketing activities comply with local laws, regulations, and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Language Skills: Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential, along with a strong proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to persuade and engage clients effectively.
  • Sales and Marketing Interest: Passionate about sales and marketing, particularly in the social media and digital space.
  • Client-Focused: A strong commitment to understanding client needs and providing top-tier customer service.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, while managing multiple tasks with a positive attitude.
  • Analytical Skills: Solid problem-solving and analytical skills, capable of interpreting data and providing strategic insights.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and other relevant software.
  • Relevant Experience: Previous experience in sales, marketing, or social media is beneficial but not required.
  • Relocation: Candidates should be open to relocating to Berlin, with a relocation package available for those moving from abroad.
  • On-Site Presence: Applicants must be located in Berlin and able to work fully on-site at our vibrant office.
