Tracks and provides management with market research and analysis results, informing them of identified new growth opportunities or existing gaps. Provides support in defining the customer value proposition and communicates it to the target segments, both internal and external. Supports in developing effective and efficient pricing strategy in line with the local and global division strategy, value, competition, and cost/profit. Develops local pricing guidelines by product/segment/channel/customer, in collaboration with Product Management and Sales Management. Supports in developing and implementing a sustainable process to gather pricing data in the local market. Supports the local Product Management in product price positioning and price list creation. Shares Pricing knowledge and supports its application throughout the local organization. Drives increased profitability through established professional pricing infrastructure and provides data to assist the Sales Management team to determine the local pricing strategy.Qualifications for the role

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Management or Management Engineering.
  • 2 to 5 years of proven experience working in a marketing role.
  • Knowledge of B2B marketing in an international and multi-channel environment.
  • Knowledge of Industrial Automation Products, with a specific focus on Drives, Motors and PLC products.
  • Strategic thinking and customer focus, pricing excellence orientation.
  • Personal leadership and strong result orientation.
  • Strong ability to relate to all stakeholders, internally and externally.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
