It includes establishing relationships through University Dental Fairs and collaborating with the OCC team to develop structured engagement plans for FD groups. The role also focuses on delivering high-quality educational content, leading internal and external communications, analyzing engagement data, and owning the A&P budget optimally, including tracking and reviewing expenditures.What you will doBuild meaningful relationships/partnerships:
- Lead and take ownership of the education plan for Dental Schools and Hygiene Schools across the UK.
- Engage academic staff to ensure access for Student education.
- Identify key partners across faculty and student groups and maintain collaborative relationships/ partnerships.
- Deliver student education across relevant year groups.
- Utilise University Dental Fairs to build engagement.
- Work with the broader OCC team and develop a plan on how to engage FD groups in a structured way.
Driving beneficial education:
- Work cross functionally to deliver outstanding content for student and young dentist educational events.
- Work cross functionally to deliver relevant StuDENT App content.
Communication and public relations:
- Own the internal and external communication in relation to student/ young dentist activity. This will include working with approved POC agencies to build eShot
Insights and landscape analysis:
- Analyse data to form insight and actions on how best to engage with students (bi-annual meetings with Dental School student committees).
Effective A&P management:
- Lead the A&P budget efficiently and analyse return on investment of student/ young dentist specific events throughout the year.
- Monthly tracking of budget and review of spend.
Who you are:
- Confident utilising data from multiple sources and identifying key insight and learning.
- Capable Of creative thinking and developing sound, fact based recommendations to drive the C-P business forwards.
- Negotiating and influencing externally to get results for CP.
- Eager to share standard process with the wider HUB professional team.
