Your new role

As our new Inclusion & Diversity Lead, you will have an exciting chance to take DE&I to the next level in an organization where inclusion and diversity is high on the agenda. In this role, you will have the opportunity to be the main contributor of our global initiatives both in terms of short-term execution and longer-term strategic planning.

Key Responsabilities:

-Set the strategic direction for diversity initiatives and ensure they align with our organizational goals, drive engagement and representation.
-Develop and implement, in liaison with global key stakeholders, the strategic roadmap of an inclusive workplace with added focus on neurodiversity.
-Work closely together with colleagues in our affiliates as well as with our Danish employee resource groups and provide them with guidance on inclusion and diversity.
-Represent People & Culture on initiatives within well-being and inclusion owned by other business areas such as HSE.
-Support the education of the organization on DE&I related themes and continue to create awareness and foster engagement in the organization.
-Work closely with colleagues in People & Culture to integrate DE&I perspectives in our People processes.
-Be our subject matter expert on DE&I and advise our People & Culture partners as well as senior leaders on DE&I related matters.
-Be responsible for qualitative reporting and analysis on metrics reporting on KPIs to measure progress and proactively address current and emerging disclosure requirements.
-Be responsible for Inclusion & Diversity communication both internally and externally in collaboration with our People Communication Lead and Corporate Communications department.

This role is part of Lundbeck People & Culture – Organizational Development and Change Management CoE reporting to Lisa Viklund.

The position is based at our headquarters in Copenhagen, Denmark 

What you bring to the team

-Proficient in the area of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Wellbeing with relevant experience in the principles, best practices, and frameworks of an impactful DE&I strategies.

-Motivated a keen interest in networking where you thrive with developing and running projects and processes and working closely with colleagues in a global organization.
-Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and compliance related to diversity and inclusion and experience in strategically translating it into integrated solutions.
-Analytical skills to assess and report on DE&I metrics and progress.
-Thrives in fast-paced, integrity-focused, results-oriented team.
-Comprehensive written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to diverse global audiences.
-Proficient in navigating a swift-moving, multifaceted workplace with a diverse range of global collaborators.
-Master’s degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Social Sciences, a related field.
-A minimum of 5 years of experience in diversity, and inclusion roles or related fields with a proven history of developing and implementing DE&I strategies within an organization.
