Organizational Development Specialist

Your new role
This is a global role, responsible for project managing and driving organizational development processes. Projects may be part of a strategic transformation or as part of overall enhancement of current processes. This role maintains a hands-on approach to implementation with a comprehensive approach of the project, linking overall ways of working to strategic goals, and driving initiatives that challenge the status quo to improve organizational efficiency and agility.
Key Responsabilities:
-Own key workstreams related to organizational design and transformation projects.
This may include the design and development of global P&C processes that align with the organization’s strategic direction and business goals and the implementation.
-Ensure successful implementation of transformation initiatives by linking processes with company-wide strategies and operational practices.
-Challenge existing practices and provide expert advice and recommendations for improving overall organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
-Collaborate with global teams and departments to ensure alignment between P&C processes and the broader strategic vision.
-Contribute on best practices in organizational design, transformation, and agile working, continuously exploring new approaches and methodologies.

This role is part of Lundbeck People & Culture – Organizational Development and Change Management CoE reporting to Lisa Viklund.

What you bring to the team

-Solid project management skills with the ability to lead workstreams in complex organizational change efforts.
-Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to challenge the status quo and provide innovative solutions.
-Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a global, cross-functional setting.
-Proven ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment while engaging with global stakeholders.
-Bachelor’s degree required, ideally in Organizational design, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
-A minimum of 5 years of experience working within global P&C processes and structures in fast-paced, agile environments.
