Your new role

You will, in close liaison with the Organizational Development team, plan and implement change management activities linked to global strategic projects, ensuring seamless transitions across the organization. The position plays a crucial part in driving organizational transformation though effective communication and change management practices.

Key Responsibilities:

-Lead the design and implementation of change management plans to support initiatives and organizational transformation. Provide expert advice and recommendations on change management strategies, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum engagement during transitions.
-Identify potential risks associated with changes and develop mitigation strategies. Track the progress of change initiatives, measure their effectiveness, and prepare reports using both data and feedback to refine approaches and promote continuous improvement.
-Contribute towards a culture of collaboration working closely across functions and regions, connecting the dots between teams, and ensuring that change management initiatives are fully integrated with business strategies.
-Contribute towards aligning the global P&C communication strategy, creating a unified P&C voice that reflects the company’s culture and strategic direction to ensure consistency and coherence in P&C messaging across the organization.

This role is part of Lundbeck People & Culture – Organizational Development and Change Management CoE reporting to Lisa Viklund.

The position is based at our headquarters in Copenhagen, Denmark.

What you bring to the team

• A positive can-do approach where team work and collaboration is a key driver to successful deliverables.

• Solid business understanding and experience in aligning strategies and implementing global initiatives.

• Proven ability to manage change effectively, driving engagement and minimizing resistance during organizational transformation.

• Comprehensive written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to diverse global audiences.

• Proven ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment while engaging with global stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in Change Management, Communications, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in global HR environment with hands-on experience in change management and communications.
