Then you may be the Supply Chain Planner we are looking for to join our Global Contract Manufacturing Drug Products (GCM DP) Supply Chain team in Søborg?

The Position
We are looking for a Supply Chain Planner with a holistic supply chain perspective who is motivated by improving our supply chain, ensuring stable and reliable planning, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. 

Your key responsibilities will include:

-Deliver accurate and timely forecasts to our Contract Manufacturing Organisations (CMOs) and other stakeholders.
-Order handling and follow up on orders to ensure material availability according to demand.
-Determine and monitor safety stocks/inventory of critical production materials, manage invoice flow (reviewing and approving invoices).
-Drive continuous optimisations of the supply chain together with the CMO and Novo Nordisk stakeholders.
-Make analyses to identify and quantify potential supply constraints, make clear prioritisations and coordinate actions needed to avoid/reduce the impact.

Known for your high engagement and leadership skills, you navigate a dynamic environment with ease, adept at coordinating tasks, managing shifting priorities, and hitting strict deadlines. You have a talent for securing commitment from both internal and external stakeholders and thrive in a role that demands adaptability and a dynamic approach to problem-solving.

Moreover:

-You have a higher education, preferably a Master’s degree within a relevant discipline e.g. engineering, supply chain management or similar, coupled with 2-4 years of supply chain (planning) experience. 
-Demonstrates subject matter expertise. 
-Tactical planning competencies/understanding the holistic overview (typically covering several parts of the organization).
-Strong ERP system knowledge (like SAP,OMP) and skilled user of other IT systems.
-In addition to good communication and coordination skills, you have a quality mindset and strong analytical skills. Strong written and spoken English is required.
About the Department
You will be a part of our international supply chain department in the Global Contract Manufacturing Drug Product (GCM DP) area, where we have an informal tone, and where we respect each other’s differences and encourage each other’s professional development. GCM DP is part of Novo Nordisk’s Product Supply Organization and responsible for all Novo Nordisk contract and license manufacturing of semi-finished and finished products. The primary role of GCM DP Supply Chain is to ensure delivery of products to our respective customers in the global supply chain. We are responsible for all logistics and supply chain tasks towards our CMOs and sourcing of products into Novo Nordisk according to the demand from our production sites and customers world-wide. As our new Supply Chain Planner, you will join 10 highly motivated and talented colleagues in GCM DP Supply Chain – Planning Finished Product team, currently located in Søborg. For full disclosure, please be aware we intend to relocate our office to Høje Taastrup in February 2025.
