The company values energy, curiosity, dedication and the diverse perspectives of its team, constantly seeking to expand its knowledge and capabilities.The RAM will be responsible for supporting the implementation of strategic initiatives and projects in order to enhance and optimize the Market Access and lifecycle of the company’s product portfolio.
This role will be crucial for maintaining compliance and fostering relationships that support the company’s growth and market positioning.
The RAM’s main objectives include:

  • Planning, implementing and monitoring initiatives to consolidate or introduce therapeutic areas and Market Access projects to key institutional contacts.
  • Ensuring and supporting the exchange of information both internally and with other Market Access colleagues, particularly regarding significant changes of the institutional scenario in the own reference of Macro Region that may affect Medac Pharma Italia’s products.
  • Developing and maintaining institutional relationships at Regional and Local levels, adhering to ethical principles and aligning with the company’s priorities and strategies.

Key responsibilities of the RAM involve:

  • Initiating and overseeing institutional initiatives to strengthen Medac Pharma Italia’s presence in the market, including project planning, stakeholder mapping and engagement, and opportunity identification in collaboration with the Market Access Director.
  • Ensuring a steady flow of information and communication within Medac Pharma Italia and with external Stakeholders, responding promptly to changes in the Health System.
  • Developing and managing relationships with institutional Stakeholders sharing products and institutional Value Proposition at Regional and local health authority level;
  • Ensuring compliance with legal and corporate regulations, assessing risks, managing action plans and participating in training sessions.
  • Ensuring continuous alignment with territory cross-functional team to define intervention priorities

Who you are:

  • Scientific or Economic Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 5 years of field-based experience in sales/account management of pharma company or in similar role/public affairs agencies and proven experience in networking with Stakeholders in healthcare- National and regional portfolio contacts in healthcare.
  • Deep knowledge of the National Health System and its structure at Regional and Local level with specific focus on financing mechanisms, pharmaceutical policy processes and organization of health services in the area.
  • Good command of the Office package (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
  • Teamworking attitude, leadership and strategic thinking are required
  • Play to win approach
  • Excellent communication, accreditation and negotiation management skills
  • Good English knowledge

Job Location: the ideal candidate is based in Milan (preferred) and he/she will be responsible for the management of all activities for North-Italy Area.
